Allocate a team building budget that is in line with the objective and it's relative importance to the organisation. It is often difficult to put a monetary return value on team building as it will not tangibly effect turnover or sales. What needs to be identified is what the team building will have to achieve and how important is that objective to the organisation. Once you have this clear idea you will be able to evaluate team building options and team building companies by their credentials as to whether or not your team building objective will be achieved within your team building budget for the desired team building objective.
